As part of the O.C. Tanner team, you'll provide after-sale support for assigned clients, focusing on guidance, training, and issue resolution.
Your role will require strong analytical skills to monitor client engagement and opportunities for growth, ensuring clients thrive using our Culture Cloud platform. Collaboration with internal teams will be key in resolving complex issues and improving overall performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as primary contact for assigned client support
• Troubleshoot technology and program-related issues
• Monitor client product usage and provide actionable insights
• Build long-lasting client relationships through trust
• Assist with client invoicing and follow-ups
Requirements:
• Bilingual in French and English
• 2+ years of client service experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
• Professional demeanor with excellent communication skills
