WSA Canada is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support clinics and B2B customers across channels. This permanent full-time role is based in Burlington, Ontario with a hybrid schedule averaging three days on-site at our Mainway head office.
Ideal candidates are bilingual (French/English), have 2+ years in high-volume B2B service, and are comfortable with CRM tools and health tech products. Salary ranges from $50,000 to $55,000 CAD plus bonus.
