Overnight Veterinary Client Care Representative

Overnight client care at BEVS combines compassionate pet communication with multi-line telephone service in Williston, Vermont. Support clients and patients overnight.

As a Client Care Representative, you will support Burlington Emergency & Veterinary Specialists, Vermont’s specialty and 24/7 emergency animal hospital. The work includes telephone communication, patient files, medical records, financial updates, and routine animal care inquiries. You will also educate clients about over-the-counter flea and tick preventions.

• Answer multi-line telephone calls professionally and efficiently
• Greet clients warmly at the hospital
• Prepare patient files and medical record entries
• Update financial records and prepare service invoices
• Process payments and relay messages accurately

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Significant basic office experience in a busy environment
• Veterinary Receptionist or Client Service Representative experience preferred
• Friendly, compassionate communication with clients
• Successful references and background check required
