Additionally, experience with dental software like Abeldent is a plus for this collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients upon arrival

• Schedule and manage patient appointments efficiently

• Communicate clearly with patients and families

• Maintain organization of the reception area

• Utilize dental practice management software as needed

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of Dental Receptionist or Admin experience

• Completion of a Dental Administration Program

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting

• Experience with Abeldent is an asset
