IKEA is seeking a Country Interior Design Leader I for an 18-month term with 7-10+ years of relevant experience. You will oversee interior design projects, ensuring alignment with IKEA's identity and objectives while enhancing customer experiences. Your expertise in retail environments, consumer behavior, and project management will be key.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide strategic direction for interior design across all touchpoints
• Drive development of customer-centric design strategies
• Lead and develop Interior Design teams
• Partner in executing country business plans
• Establish performance measures for design effectiveness
Requirements:
• Formal qualification in Architecture or Interior Design
• 7-10+ years in Interior Design or related fields
• 5+ years in team leadership and coaching
• Strong project management and execution skills
• Expertise in retail design and consumer insights
