Regional Coordinator Theological Education

Position: Regional Coordinator for Theological Education
Become a key player in advancing Theological Education in the Asia Pacific with One Mission Society. Champion the development of future leaders through strategic support for OMS-partner schools.

As the Theological Education Coordinator, you will be pivotal in addressing the educational needs across diverse regions from South Korea to Central Asia. Reporting to the Regional Director, you will collaborate with other ministry leaders while visiting schools to ensure funding and curriculum development are meeting the challenges of the local context.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a liaison between schools and the OMS community

• Provide regular coaching and training for faculty

• Visit schools to understand and address educational needs

• Assist in resource allocation for teaching and governance

• Promote self-sustaining educational initiatives

Requirements:

• MA or MDiv required;
Doctorate preferred

• Experience in educational settings within Asia Pacific

• Strong commitment to Wesleyan Holiness theology

• Proven administrative and teaching experience

• Ability to communicate in a local language preferred
