Position: Senior Pastor Role at NBBC
Lead and nurture the congregation as a Senior Pastor at North Burlington Baptist Church. Engage in spiritual growth, impactful preaching, and community outreach in Burlington, Ontario.

North Burlington Baptist Church is searching for a Senior Pastor to offer spiritual and pastoral leadership within its active community. With a congregation of around 120 members, you will work within a collaborative staff to foster authentic relationships and practical discipleship.

Your role will include overseeing worship services, which embrace contemporary music and relevance to everyday life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver inspiring, Scripture-based preaching and teaching

• Establish long-term vision with church leadership

• Champion discipleship opportunities across all ages

• Cultivate relationships for welcoming newcomers

• Provide compassionate pastoral care during challenges

Requirements:

• Ordained minister recognized by a Baptist convention

• Master of Divinity/Theology preferred

• At least 10 years of pastoral ministry experience

• Proven leadership and preaching proficiency

• Excellent communication skills with diverse groups
