Position: Boxing Program Staff for Kids at YMCA
Join the Ron Edwards Family YMCA in Burlington, Ontario, as a Boxing Program Staff for Kids. This part-time role focuses on delivering fun and safe boxing experiences tailored to children and youth.

As part of a vibrant team, you will develop, implement, and enhance boxing programs for youth, fostering their skills in a supportive environment. The position allows for flexible hours ranging from 3 to 29 weekly, accommodating various schedules. Your contribution will positively impact families and the community at large.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct structured boxing programs for various ages

• Oversee children's safety during activities

• Communicate updates with parents effectively

• Document program plans and attendance

• Attend quarterly training sessions as required

Requirements:

• Intermediate First Aid & CPR C needed

• Experience with boxing programs for youth

• Familiarity with YMCA operations preferred

• Degree in Recreation, Leisure, or Sports

• History of working with youth in service settings
