Advance construction safety as a Health and Safety Instructor at Worksite in Burlington and Hamilton, ON. Inspire learners through effective instruction of the Working at Heights program.

In this part-time position, you will play a key role in educating new and current members of the construction industry. You will leverage your extensive training experience to deliver impactful sessions while assessing participants' knowledge and skills. Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate dynamic Working at Heights training courses

• Assess and evaluate participant skills effectively

• Organize and manage training records

• Engage in continuous team development initiatives

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years training experience essential

• Construction management background preferred

• Occupational health & safety certification advantageous

• Strong adult engagement and presentation capabilities

• Valid Ontario Driver's License for travel
