Automotive Solutions Field Trainer at Protech

Become a Field Trainer with Protech, where you will provide training and mentorship to automotive technicians. Focus on telematics installations and enhance the competency of our service teams through hands-on instruction.

In this role, you will deliver both virtual and in-person training while ensuring Apprentices successfully complete the TAP Program. Your involvement in developing training materials and assessing the effectiveness of educational sessions will drive operational excellence. You are expected to maintain Protech’s high standards through direct mentorship and monitoring of teammate performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide field training and curriculum delivery to technicians

• Mentor Apprentices over the TAP training period

• Develop and assess training materials based on quality reviews

• Collaborate with leadership to ensure compliance and quality

• Manage and execute special projects as required

Requirements:

• High school diploma or tech certification

• 3+ years in technical or vehicle installation roles

• Background in advanced diagnostics preferred

• Effective communication and multitasking abilities

• Strong project management skills
