Field Service Engineer Ontario

Become a pivotal support resource for clients as a Field Service Engineer at Evertz in Burlington, Ontario. This position focuses on both technical problem-solving and customer service excellence.

As a key interface between customers and Evertz, you will implement and maintain IP networks, ensuring smooth operations at customers' production sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Document and deploy IP networks in broadcast infrastructures

• Assess and troubleshoot operational issues for clients

• Maintain communication with service departments for resolution

• Generate necessary product literature and guides

• Train clients on product systems in person or virtually

Requirements:

• Education in Computer Networking or related fields

• Desire to provide excellent customer service

• Familiarity with IP Networking Protocols required

• Previous experience with network troubleshooting preferred

• Valid Ontario driver’s license is necessary
