Position: Lead Site Engineer for Mining Projects at Ausenco
Join Ausenco as a Senior Project Engineer (NPI) focused on mining and non-process infrastructure. This site-based engineering role is integral for large-scale earthworks project delivery.

In this role, you will lead engineering efforts to ensure construction activities meet safety and efficiency standards. With over 12 years in mining projects, you'll act as the main interface among engineering, construction, and management teams. Your proven expertise in non-process infrastructure will be key to project success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise site engineering activities for NPI and earthworks

• Coordinate with contractors to ensure compliance with designs

• Review technical scopes for constructability

• Monitor earthworks and validate material suitability

• Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or similar discipline

• 12+ years working in mining with a strong site focus

• Experience with large earthworks and infrastructure

• Knowledge of QA/QC processes

• Strong communication and stakeholder management ability
