Position: High-Speed Analog Design Engineer
Make an impact at Semtech as a High-Speed Analog Design Engineer in Burlington, Ontario. Engage in the design and verification of high-speed analog circuits exceeding 200 Gb/s.
As an essential member of our engineering team, you will leverage your experience in high-speed data communications and RF circuit design to contribute to innovative solutions. Key Responsibilities:

• Design high-speed IC products to meet performance schedules

• Lead in creating architectures for advanced circuits

• Provide mentoring to junior engineers for skill development

• Work with marketing and engineering for product solutions

• Optimize high-speed analog circuits through lab evaluations
Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years in analog IC design

• Deep knowledge of high-speed CMOS and BiCMOS

• Successful experience with RF concepts and device physics

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• BSc in Electrical Engineering or related field
