As a Senior Project Manager, you'll lead large capital projects, from preliminary planning through to occupancy. Your expertise in civil engineering will be crucial to developing relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring that projects run smoothly and meet their objectives. You will oversee project planning, budgeting, and scheduling while mentoring team members to build their professional skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project planning, scheduling, and execution for civil projects

• Establish and maintain client relationships and expectations

• Manage and coach project staff; facilitate growth and development

• Chair project meetings and coordinate with all stakeholders

• Oversee change management and project documentation

Requirements:

• 8+ years of project management in civil infrastructure

• University degree in civil engineering or similar

• Strong experience with project delivery and contract management

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities

• Proficiency in scheduling and office applications
