Position: CPE Activation Specialist ON
Elevate your career as a CPE Activation Specialist with Breezeline in Burlington, ON. This role focuses on developing robust provisioning systems and demands expertise in DOCSIS and network troubleshooting.
As a Provisioning Engineer, you will play a vital role in the systems engineering lifecycle. Your responsibilities include designing, deploying, and maintaining provisioning systems while acting as the Application Administrator. You will require solid understanding of Cable TV infrastructure, high-speed data environments, and exceptional problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and maintain provisioning applications and operating systems

• Provide on-call support for CPE activation issues

• Monitor Incognito provisioning and Cisco DOCSIS systems

• Proactively address service needs and anticipate changes

• Collaborate with teams on new product testing and troubleshooting
Requirements:

• 5+ years in Cable/MSO or similar industry

• Proficient in DOCSIS, IP Video, and Packet Cable

• Strong knowledge of DHCP, DNS, SNMP, and troubleshooting tools

• Effective communication skills, both written and spoken

• Experience in fast-paced Agile environments
