In this role, you will develop and execute EMI testing procedures, ensuring compliance with national standards. You will lead project management initiatives and collaborate with design engineers to analyze the EMI performance of new technologies. Your technical expertise will provide essential support for external engagement and bids, enhancing our mission systems solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough EMI testing in-house and externally

• Generate detailed qualification reports for multiple stakeholders

• Create comprehensive EMI test plans and documentation

• Support design evaluations for EMI/EMC performance

• Travel off-site for testing and project requirements

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of MIL-STD standards

• Familiarity with TILE integrated testing tools

• Skills in Matlab or Python programming are beneficial

• Experience with motion control systems preferred

• Bachelor’s Degree with 4 years related experience
