Alberici seeks a skilled BIM Modeler with a minimum of five years in construction and CAD/BIM experience. You will develop intricate 3D models, manage data protocols, and enforce project-specific modeling standards. Your expertise will support field operations and lead to the delivery of high-quality construction drawings and models.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop 3D models for structural steel and concrete

• Support field operations with means and methods drawings

• Manage Common Data Environment for version control

• Oversee 3D model production and auditing

• Assist in creating 4D Project schedules using Revit

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field

• Minimum of 5 years of CAD/BIM experience

• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD required

• Familiarity with Navisworks and Tekla Structures preferred

• Strong understanding of construction methods
