Position: Civil CAD Designer for Landmark
Join Landmark as a Civil CAD Designer, leveraging Civil 3D software to create precise site development drawings. Collaborate with project teams to shape innovative construction solutions.

This role requires a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering along with five years of extensive Civil 3D design experience. You will evaluate site conditions, produce 2-D and 3-D construction drawings, and coordinate with various construction teams to ensure project effectiveness. Your efficiency and precision will dictate the successful execution of Landmark’s ambitious engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess site conditions to prepare for construction

• Develop phased site development drawings and plans

• Perform material quantity take-offs accurately

• Produce effective construction sequences for field operations

• Coordinate with project managers and field superintendents

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering

• 5+ years of Civil 3D usage for design

• Proficient in 3-D modeling for grading and surfaces

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to understand and interpret civil plans
