As a Lead NPI Test Engineer, you will be at the forefront of creating and implementing test strategies for Semtech’s advanced mixed-signal portfolio. This role is designed for a leader who thrives in complex projects and possesses a strong analytical background in high-speed communication. Your leadership will drive improvements in NPI cycle times and elevate Semtech's standards in test quality and reliability for next-gen technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect test strategies for mixed-signal SiGe product lines

• Develop innovative methodologies for Ser Des and CDR products

• Collaborate closely with IC design for optimal test coverage

• Facilitate test readiness reviews and provide strategic insights

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for testing efficiency

Requirements:

• 15+ years in semiconductor testing focusing on high-speed I/O

• Expertise with the Advantest V93000 platform and programming

• Understanding of high-speed testing and statistical quality methodologies

• Experience with PCB design and RF/microwave testing

• Proven experience leading complex multi-disciplinary projects
