Your role will center on water quality management and compliance in various mining projects.
This position demands significant contributions to environmental permitting and compiling technical documents related to water management. You will assess project impacts and work with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality compliance documentation.
Your role includes tracking emerging regulatory trends relevant to the mining sector.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support environmental permitting for metal mines in Ontario
• Prepare and review technical reports and approvals
• Evaluate project plans for water quality compliance
• Implement and support water quality monitoring initiatives
• Liaise with clients, regulators, and Indigenous communities
Requirements:
• Relevant bachelor’s degree, post-graduate preferred
• At least five years of relevant consulting experience
• Strong technical background in water quality analysis
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks for mining
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills
