This role within Semtech's Signal Integrity Products group involves designing and verifying analog Integrated Circuits exceeding 200 Gb/s using advanced technologies like CMOS and BiCMOS. You’ll not only contribute to product design but also enhance team capacity by mentoring junior engineers, fostering a collaborative environment for innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop high-speed IC products from inception to launch

• Lead engineering efforts on performance-driven analog designs

• Implement cutting-edge architectures for high-performance systems

• Provide guidance to junior engineers on design practices

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for coherent product strategies
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering; higher degrees preferred

• At least 7 years’ experience in analog IC development

• Expertise in high-speed CMOS technology and RF concepts

• Strong skills in circuit theory and advanced design tools

• Practical experience with testing apparatus in labs
