ISO Standards QMS Engineer

Become a QMS Engineer at Semtech in Burlington, ON, specializing in ISO compliance and internal auditing. Support ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, and 22301 certifications globally.

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Quality Management Systems, you will oversee the internal audit program for multiple sites. Your hands-on expertise in conducting audits and managing corrective actions will be vital. This is a 14-month contract role with the possibility of full-time employment based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct internal audits according to ISO standards globally

• Document and communicate audit findings to leadership

• Ensure closure of nonconformances through effective CAPAs

• Drive and engage in continuous improvement initiatives

• Work with cross-functional teams to enhance quality health

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field

• 5+ years of experience in electronics manufacturing

• Certified Lead Auditor in ISO standards

• Experience with problem-solving methodologies

• Strong analytical and communication skills
