Position: Staff Engineer for Failure Analysis
Lead advanced failure analysis as a Staff Failure Analysis Engineer in Burlington, ON. You will unravel IC issues through detailed analysis of customer returns and internal failures.

This on-site role focuses on package and die level failure analysis of mixed signal ICs. Collaborate with various engineering teams to achieve root cause resolutions and generate formal reports summarizing findings. Ensure continuous improvement in failure analysis techniques while maintaining laboratory tools and supplies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct package and die-level analysis of failures

• Generate formal technical reports for clients and teams

• Collaborate with QA, Design, and Test Engineering

• Drive improvements in failure analysis techniques

• Maintain laboratory tools and monitor supplies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Physics or related field

• Minimum 3 years in semiconductor IC failure analysis

• Hands-on experience with relevant FA equipment

• Proficient in bench testing and analysis tools

• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
