Key Responsibilities:
• Report directly to the Reliability Manager
• Develop manufacturing processes using LEAN engineering principles

Requirements:
• Experience in process engineering or related field
• Knowledge of LEAN manufacturing principles
• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
• Ability to investigate and resolve technical issues
• Permanent residency or valid work permit in Canada
