Burlington Senior NPI Product Engineer

Join Semtech in Burlington, ON, as a Senior NPI Product Engineer and drive innovative product development in a hybrid work setting. Contribute your expertise in semiconductor engineering from early-stage development to full production.

As part of Semtech's New Product Introduction team, you'll focus on optical and analog/mixed-signal semiconductor products, ensuring rigorous standards for testability and manufacturability are met. You will collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams, managing NPI logistics and contributing to successful product releases.

This role offers a strong platform to deepen your technical skills while working on state-of-the-art technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate NPI tasks from design to product launch

• Partner with diverse teams across the organization

• Define DfT and DfM specifications for new products

• Conduct yield analysis and optimization

• Support quality metrics and failure analysis initiatives

Requirements:

• BS in Electrical Engineering or similar field

• Minimum 8 years of experience in product engineering

• Basic knowledge of statistical tools

• Exposure to high-speed ATE test platforms

• Excellent communication skills and eagerness to learn
