This hands-on position requires expertise in RF system architecture, analog circuit design, and verification. You will lead projects, collaborate with teams, and mentor junior engineers, ensuring every design meets mission-critical standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design high-performance RF receiver chains and circuits

• Perform end-to-end RF link budget analysis and validations

• Own test and verification processes at the bench

• Support qualification testing and root-cause failures

• Mentor junior engineers and lead design reviews

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering or related field

• Over 10 years of RF hardware design experience

• Expert knowledge in RF analog and digital design

• Proficient with RF simulation and test equipment

• Eligible for Government of Canada Security Clearance
