Senior Project Manager - Mobility Design

CIMA+ is hiring a Senior Project Manager for the Mobility Design team in Burlington or Mississauga, ON. Your expertise in project management will be crucial for municipal and transportation projects.

In this hybrid work role, you will lead transportation projects across Ontario, focusing on strategies from design to execution. Responsibilities include managing budgets, enhancing quality control, and supervising design processes while actively collaborating with clients and regulatory entities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee transportation projects for municipal clients in Ontario

• Develop design contracts for road construction and reconstruction

• Guide technical staff and conduct thorough project reviews

• Coordinate with authorities for necessary project permits

• Foster business development and maintain client relationships

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering preferred

• Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) license mandatory

• 10+ years in transportation design experience

• Familiarity with design tools like Microstation and Open Roads

• Exceptional communication and team collaboration skills
