Position: Contract Mechanical Engineer in Ontario
Agilus by Synergie is seeking a Mechanical Engineer for a 6-month contract in Burlington, Ontario. This role focuses on client collaboration and precise engineering for building systems.

The successful candidate will have 5 to 10 years of experience in HVAC for industrial and public infrastructure. Responsibilities include developing project scopes, performing site inspections, and preparing important engineering diagrams such as P& will also lead system designs and ensure project compliance with codes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage clients to outline and refine project requirements

• Conduct inspections and communicate with contractors

• Oversee complete systems integration and commissioning

• Generate flow sheets and schematics for building utilities

• Coordinate design work with structural and electrical teams

Requirements:

• 5 to 10 years of experience in related fields

• Engineering or applied science degree

• Professional Engineer registration in Ontario

• Skilled in heating and cooling software

• Valid driver’s license for client visits
