Position: Junior NPI Engineer with Semtech
Join Semtech's dynamic New Product Introduction team as a Junior NPI Product Engineer. This role focuses on supporting new product activities from development to manufacturing transfer.

You will work under the guidance of experienced engineers, gaining valuable skills in analog and mixed-signal semiconductor IC product development. This position is ideal for engineers looking to deepen their technical expertise while collaborating across various teams to ensure product success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with NPI activities and documentation preparation

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project specification

• Support the development of testability and manufacturability requirements

• Conduct data analysis for product yield optimization

• Participate in product validation and reliability testing

Requirements:

• BS in Electrical Engineering or related discipline

• 5-8 years of semiconductor engineering experience

• Understanding of data analysis tools like Excel

• Basic familiarity with semiconductor physics

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
