Custom Welded Products Engineering Technician

Support ZOOK's Custom Welded Products team as an Engineering Technician, focusing on drafting and documentation. Engage in testing support while leveraging your Solid Works skills and technical acumen.

This role involves contributing to the CWP business unit with hands-on lab activities, creation of engineering drawings, and ensuring project deliverables are met. You will follow quality standards and customer specifications while collaborating with experienced engineering specialists. Your problem-solving and organizational skills will be vital in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist CWP in meeting project milestones and production goals

• Draft and revise engineering documents using Solid Works

• Conduct tests and inspections in lab and shop settings

• Update quality processes and documentation

• Clarify customer specifications and project needs

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering

• 2+ years in industrial/manufacturing settings

• Proficient in Solid Works and Microsoft 365

• Ability to interpret engineering documents

• Familiarity with manufacturing and welding processes
