Evertz Microsystems is searching for a Senior RF Engineer to spearhead RF system design and verification. This role requires hands-on work in Burlington, Ontario, focusing on advanced RF technology.

As a Senior RF Engineer, you will have a critical role in designing and validating RF systems from initial concepts to finished products. You will collaborate with various engineering teams, ensuring that designs meet high standards for performance and reliability. Your leadership will be vital in mentoring other engineers and promoting best practices within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design of RF receivers and related subsystems

• Conduct end-to-end system RF link budget analysis

• Create noise figure budgets and perform verification

• Mentor junior engineers through design reviews

• Document engineering specifications and test plans

Requirements:

• Electrical Engineering degree or equivalent

• 10+ years of RF design experience

• Mastery of RF analog and digital design

• Proficiency with EDA tools for PCB design

• Capability to test and validate RF systems
