Project Manager for Engineering Projects

Lead significant engineering projects at WSP's Applied Solutions team based in Southwestern Ontario. This Project Manager role involves steering multidisciplinary teams and ensuring project success.

WSP is looking for an established project management leader with a minimum of 5 years' experience in engineering and construction management. In this role, you will guide complex projects through all phases, from design to construction, while maintaining high standards in safety, quality, and cost-effectiveness. Expect to collaborate directly with clients and technical specialists.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee engineering and construction projects from concept to closeout

• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams for project goal alignment

• Create and execute project strategies that meet client expectations

• Manage budgets, schedules, risk, and project governance practices

• Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term project value

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of project management in engineering or construction

• Solid understanding of procurement and contract administration

• Experience managing diverse technical teams in a client-facing role

• Strong financial acumen in project budgeting and forecasting

• Valid driver’s license with travel capability across Canada
