We are looking for a Senior RF Engineer with over 10 years of hands-on RF hardware experience.
Your role will encompass system design, performance validation, and collaboration across engineering disciplines. You will engage in detailed analysis and optimizations to enhance system capabilities and product reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design RF systems and receivers with thorough link budget analysis
• Validate designs through extensive lab testing and measurements
• Conduct and manage qualification testing per industry standards
• Guide system integration and performance troubleshooting
• Mentor junior staff in RF engineering principles and practices
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Electrical Engineering
• 10+ years of experience in RF hardware development
• Proficient in RF analog design and digital RF concepts
• Hands-on with RF test tools and simulation software
• Security Clearance eligibility for Canadian Government
