Position: Digital IC Design Expert Needed
Shape the future at onsemi as a Digital IC Design Expert focusing on innovative low-power solutions. Based in Waterloo, Ontario, you'll work on mixed-signal integrated circuits that improve quality of life.

As a core member of our design team, you bring 5-10 years of digital IC experience. This role emphasizes physical design and verification processes using System Verilog/VHDL, along with product specification development. Collaborate with diverse teams to enhance testing processes and ensure product reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design physical layouts for mixed-signal integrated circuits

• Provide verification support via System Verilog and VHDL

• Collaborate on product specifications aligning with customer needs

• Conduct testing and pattern generation for production

• Evaluate circuit performance through lab testing and scripting

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical/computer engineering or similar

• 5-10 years in the digital IC design industry

• Proven success in design projects from concept to production

• Knowledge of CAD tools for verification tasks

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
