Key Responsibilities:

• Provide regulatory oversight on cadastral survey products

• Conduct thorough plan checks and signoff for legal documents

• Mentor team members on key surveying aspects

• Certify plans digitally while ensuring compliance

• Offer recommendations to enhance workflow efficiency

Requirements:

• Ontario Land Surveyor designation in good standing

• Competence in boundary calculations required

• Legal plan checking experience preferred

• Background in client management advantageous

• Knowledge of surveying-related industries beneficial
