Position: Reliability Specialist for Mining Equipment
Drive mining equipment reliability as a Reliability Specialist with Mac Lean Engineering in Sudbury or North Bay. Focus on developing strategies for equipment reliability and performance management.

This full-time position involves working with a variety of departments including Engineering, Sales, and Customer Support. You will analyze equipment performance data and lead initiatives to enhance the reliability and uptime of mining products, ensuring high-quality service to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create reliability assurance plans and conduct analyses

• Engage in testing and validation of mining products

• Serve as a customer liaison for equipment issues

• Formulate maintenance schedules to increase performance

• Conduct data analysis to guide equipment improvements

Requirements:

• Engineering degree or related qualification

• 5-10 years of experience in mining preferred

• Strong leadership and communication abilities

• Capable of handling multiple priorities
