Reporting directly to the Group CEO, you will have the mandate to overhaul legacy processes and implement cutting-edge technology to modernize the finance function.

Work Arrangement:

  • Primary Responsibilities:
  • Provide operational controllership and leadership in a fast-paced environment.
  • Improve the FP&A function and establish and implement high impact KPIs
  • Supervise, coach, and mentor a strong accounting and finance team.
  • Assess project profitability and identify cost reduction measures.
  • Partner with the business (Engineering, Quality, Materials, Sales) and provide financial insights to help drive the business
  • Implement new systems, software, workflows, and process improvement.
  • Build and develop internal controls
  • Provide fast reliable reporting
  • Work closely with external partners (auditors, tax advisors, banks and insurance)
  • Other ad-hoc projects as required
  • Qualifications and

    Experience:

  • 10+ years of finance/accounting experience with a minimum of 5 years of leadership experience.
  • CPA required.
  • 5 plus years of experience working for a manufacturing company is required.
  • Experience with change management and transformational leadership is strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems (ideally SAP) and accounting software, including implementations, or upgrades is preferred.
  • High level of organization and detail orientation.
  • Previous experience working as a business partner to operations is a must.
