Responsibilities
-Proactively manage a diverse portfolio of accounts, initiating customer contact to secure timely payments and reduce delinquency.
- Maintain meticulous records of collection activities and lead cross-functional efforts with internal and external stakeholders to resolve account disputes.
- Manage daily credit holds by analyzing account status to either release orders upon payment or facilitate credit limit increases.
- Compile and distribute monthly management reports detailing branch-specific issues and high-risk accounts.
- Serve as a primary liaison between customers and the sales team to resolve billing issues and improve remittance speed.

Qualifications
- 2 + years of Collections experience within a multiple location environment
- ERP - Knowledge of JD Edwards is good to have
- A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work fully onsite
