Responsibilities:

Prepare financial statements for leadership and conduct benchmarking.

Utilize Sage Intelligence for comprehensive financial reporting and dashboarding.

Manage the implementation and utilization of Yardi for property accounting and management.

Create detailed portfolio reports to provide key insights.

Lead and manage a team of approximately six individuals
, fostering their professional growth.

Collaborate daily with accounting managers and the compliance team.

Drive the modernization and automation of financial systems and reporting processes.

Contribute to strategic and operational discussions by providing timely financial insights.

Qualifications:

Seasoned Senior Financial Analyst who would like to move up to the manager role or a new manager who would like to undertake the responsibilities and manage a large team.

CPA designation is preferred but not required; candidates working towards their CPA or demonstrating strong drive and know-how are encouraged to apply.

Direct experience with real estate property accounting is highly preferred.

Proficiency with financial systems, specifically Sage Intelligence, for analysis and ad hoc reporting.

Eagerness to engage with and leverage financial systems for reporting and insights.

Strong management skills with the ability to lead and develop a team.
