The Director of Financial Planning and Analysis (FPA) is a key leader within the Finance organization. This role oversees core financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, analysis, and management reporting activities. The ideal candidate combines broad financial expertise and business acumen with disciplined organization, strong analytical capabilities, and clear executive communication. Success requires the ability to operate independently, lead through complexity, and support the company’s financial objectives in a dynamic environment.

• Partner with leaders across the organization to align on financial performance, results, plans, risks, and opportunities.
• Use financial systems and data sources to prepare timely, accurate management reporting for business leaders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to improve financial analysis, reporting, and decision support.
• Present financial results and business insights to senior management on a regular and ad hoc basis, including key trends, variances, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop clear presentations and reporting materials that communicate financial information and insights to management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Six or more years of relevant finance experience
• Professional experience across one or more finance disciplines preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel required
• Experience leading a department, team, or functional area
• Advanced financial modeling skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office, financial consolidation tools, and enterprise financial systems required
• Demonstrated success designing, improving, and managing scalable processes
• Hands-on leadership style with a proven ability to drive results
• Demonstrated ability to advise business leaders on financial performance, planning, strategic priorities, and investment decisions
