Senior National Credit and Treasury Manager

Lead financial strategy at Liebherr Canada Ltd. as a Senior National Credit and Treasury Manager. Drive compliance, cash flow forecasting, and credit risk management across multiple sectors in a full-time hybrid role.

This position reports to the Finance Director and oversees credit and treasury functions within the organization. You will manage organizational credit strategies, cash flow forecasting, and multi-currency foreign exchange strategies while collaborating with operational divisions across Canada. Building lasting relationships and mentoring your team will be key aspects of this leadership role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead credit risk strategy and policy development

• Oversee cash flow forecasting tied to business planning

• Manage critical department metrics and national accounts

• Develop financing solutions with sales teams

• Engage and mentor the Credit Manager and collections team

Requirements:

• 5-10 years of leadership in credit and treasury

• Strong technical financial and credit experience

• Expertise in cash flow modeling and management

• Knowledge of ERP systems, SAP preferred

• Ability to implement effective change management
