Position Summary

We are seeking a Clinical Supervisor / Registered Behaviour Analyst (RBA, Ont.) to lead and oversee the delivery of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services at our Centre. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to supervise clinical staff, support families, and contribute to a collaborative, multidisciplinary care model.

Reporting to the Manager of Clinical Services, the Clinical Supervisor will play a key leadership role in guiding treatment planning, supporting staff development, and ensuring service excellence for clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), developmental disabilities, and other neurodiverse conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical supervision, mentorship, and oversight to behaviour analysts, supervised senior and behaviour therapy assistants.
  • Develop, review, and monitor individualized treatment plans and Behaviour Support Plans (BSPs).
  • Conduct clinical assessments (e.g., ABLLS, VB-MAPP, PEAK, AFLS, Vineland, QABF, EFL).
  • Ensure treatment integrity through session observations, data analysis, and program adjustments.
  • Collaborate with social workers, mental health professionals, educators, and caregivers to deliver integrated care.
  • Provide training and ongoing support to parents/caregivers to promote skill generalization at home and in the community.
  • Lead team meetings, staff training, and onboarding of new clinicians.
  • Stay current with research and best practices in ABA and neurodiversity.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with professional and provincial standards
Qualifications & Skills
  • Master’s degree in Psychology, Education, Occupational Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, or related field.
  • Registered Behaviour Analyst (RBA, Ont.) in good standing with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario (CPBAO).
  • 3–5 years direct experience providing ABA therapy.
  • Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in a clinical setting (preferably with neurodiverse populations).
  • Current Standard First Aid & CPR.
  • Certification in behaviour intervention training (e.g., Safety Care, SMG) preferred.
Assets
  • BCBA or experience supervising BCBA candidates.
  • 8-hour BCBA Supervision Course Certification.
  • Knowledge of mental health and social work practices.
Requirements
  • Clear Vulnerable Sector Check (renewed every 3 years)
  • Proof of eligibility to work in Canada
  • Professional liability insurance ($2,000,000 coverage minimum)
  • Commitment to ethical standards and confidentiality
Schedule
  • Full-time, up to 40 hours per week
  • Flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends, based on client needs
  • Hybrid service delivery (in-centre and in the community)
