In this senior role, you will report directly to the Director of Human Resources while collaborating with the HR Coordinator. Your responsibilities include recruiting for various roles, managing employee performance cycles, and serving as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and documentation. This position is essential for maintaining up-to-date company procedures and effective communication across locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute full-cycle hiring for diverse positions

• Oversee performance management and documentation

• Act as the go-to HR contact for employees and managers

• Manage applicant tracking and onboarding records

• Facilitate WSIB claims and return-to-work processes

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience

• Hands-on experience with performance management

• Knowledge of Ontario employment legislation

• Degree or diploma in HR, business, or related field

• Experience supporting multiple sites and leaders
