As our Senior PPC Specialist, you’ll take the lead on campaign strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting across multiple platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Linked In Ads. You’ll ensure client goals are not only met but exceeded, while bringing forward fresh ideas to keep our work at the leading edge of digital performance marketing.
If you also have experience with enterprise tools like the full Google Marketing Platform suite, you’ll be a step ahead.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Linked In Ads.
- Develop and execute integrated performance media strategies aligned to client objectives.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
- Optimize campaigns through experimentation, bid strategies, and data-driven insights, effectively guiding platform automation and machine learning toward clear business outcomes.
- Build strong partnerships with internal teams to provide clear, actionable recommendations.
- Create and deliver client-friendly performance reports and present insights in a compelling way.
- Manage budgets, pacing, and invoicing with accuracy.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, ad platform updates, and emerging technologies.
- Leverage GenAI and automation tools to support ad copy ideation, testing frameworks, insight generation, and reporting efficiency.
- Contribute to agency-wide performance media best practices, testing roadmaps, and evolving standards.
- 5–8 years of hands-on campaign management experience in PPC and paid media channels.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads, with proven experience across Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Linked In Ads.
- Solid understanding of digital media best practices, including campaign structure, audience segmentation, and conversion tracking.
- Familiarity with the Google Marketing Platform and all tools within that ecosystem.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, with strong data analysis and reporting skills.
- Experience using tools like Looker Studio, Power BI, Supermetrics, and SEMrush.
- Active certifications in Google Ads and Google Analytics/GA4.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex data for clients.
- Agency experience preferred.
- Experience running B2B, B2C, and eCommerce campaigns.
- Familiarity with You Tube Ads, Reddit Ads, Tik Tok Ads, Amazon DSP, and other programmatic tools.
- Working knowledge of SEO and AEO to support holistic strategies across multi-disciplined teams.
- Strong understanding of conversion tracking and measurement frameworks (GA4, GTM, pixels), with the ability to identify data gaps and recommend improvements.
- You naturally follow industry thought leaders and keep up with trends via Think with Google, Search Engine Land, and Moz.
