Position: SAP Functional Analyst Role
Drive operational excellence as an SAP Functional Analyst specializing in S/4

HANA at a notable manufacturing client in Burlington, ON.

Your role will enhance business processes across SD, MM, and FICO.

Our client seeks an experienced SAP professional for a full-time position dedicated to supporting its S/4

HANA environment. With a minimum of 5 years' experience, you will troubleshoot production issues, manage user tickets, and ensure adherence to SLA-driven processes. This collaborative role involves translating business requirements into functional SAP solutions while enhancing Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and support SAP business processes in FICO, MM, SD

• Manage user tickets and resolve production support issues

• Collaborate across teams for operational stability

• Support EDI/IDOC troubleshooting and integration activities

• Conduct testing and assist with enhancements and configurations

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience with SAP SD, MM, FICO

• Familiarity with live SAP S/4

HANA or ECC systems

• Good understanding of SAP business processes

• Proven skills in problem-solving and stakeholder communication

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
