Service Advisor at SITECH

Join SITECH Eastern Canada Ltd as a Service Advisor in Burlington, specializing in Trimble construction technology. Coordinate service activities and support customers and technicians to ensure timely project delivery.

In this role, you will serve as the primary liaison between customers, field technicians, and internal teams. Your responsibilities will involve managing service work orders, scheduling technician assignments, and maintaining accurate service reports. A background in Civil Construction and Engineering is essential, along with effective communication skills and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily service activities and dispatch technicians

• Act as first point of contact for service requests

• Track and manage service work orders

• Resolve scheduling conflicts and escalate issues

• Assist with Warranty and Goodwill documentation

Requirements:

• Experience as a service advisor in Civil Construction

• Familiarity with GPS/GNSS RTK survey solutions

• Post-secondary education required

• Positive attitude and effective communication skills

• Willingness to learn and adapt
