Position: IT Systems Analyst for Pharmacy Retail
Enhance pharmacy operations as an IT Systems Analyst with Rexall Pharmacy Group. Focus on IT solutions, infrastructure, and driving continuous improvements in retail pharmacy.

In this hybrid role reporting to the Manager of Store Technology, you'll bring 5+ years of IT Systems Analyst experience to the pharmacy retail sector. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, developing innovative solutions while ensuring security and compliance. Your expertise will allow you to streamline processes using Power Automate and Power Shell, manage infrastructure, and analyze data to drive operational efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and document solutions for pharmacy retail systems

• Oversee deployment and provide user training on new IT solutions

• Monitor and manage IT infrastructure performance and security

• Analyze data to enhance pharmacy operations

• Work with vendors for software and hardware implementation

Requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience in IT Systems Analysis

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and cloud technologies

• Knowledge of System Center Operations Manager

• Experience with Power Automate and Power Shell

• Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently
