Key Responsibilities:

• Define end-to-end delivery model for platform changes

• Establish standardized rollout and rollback patterns

• Partner with Product for deliverable capabilities

• Track delivery health metrics for continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Experience with complex, brownfield platforms

• Solid understanding of CI/CD and operational best practices

• Proven influence across Product, Engineering, and Operations

• Background in technical program management or SaaS delivery

• Comfortable challenging unsustainable delivery patterns
