Sr. Technical Product Manager

Our client provides the AI native Operating System for Manufacturing, Quality Control, Maintenance and Compliance. Their platform is used by hundreds of manufacturing sites worldwide, including networks operated by some of the world's largest consumer goods companies. With strategic Private Equity backing, millions of products from Fortune 500 brands reach retailers faster and cheaper thanks to their software.

• You will take full ownership of the Unifying Core Platform, which includes:
  The integrations platform connecting the flagship manufacturing OS to ERP, WMS, EDI, and logistics systems, a Snowflake-powered data platform aggregating data across all solutions, and shared services including SSO and authentication.
• You will define how platform capabilities around ERP connectivity, EDI, and data interoperability create competitive advantage for customers.
• You will directly manage and mentor the Product Manager (Integrations), providing coaching, guidance, and career development support.

• You have 7+ years of experience in product management, with the last 3 focused on technical or platform products, specifically integrations, APIs, EDI, or supply chain connectivity.
• You have worked in or with supply chain, manufacturing, or enterprise B2B SaaS, with a strong understanding of how ERP, WMS, and logistics systems connect and exchange data.
• You have a strong understanding of integration architecture, APIs, EDI transactions, data transformation, and system-to-system workflows.
• Bonus points if you have hands‑on experience with Workato or comparable iPaaS platforms such as Mule Soft, Boomi, or Celigo.
• Extra bonus points if you used to be an Engineer before becoming a PM.
