You will play a vital role in configuring and supporting the Absence Management and Benefits modules while collaborating with HR and technical teams. Your impact will include gathering business requirements and translating them into effective functional solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and support Absence Management and Benefits modules

• Gather requirements and design functional solutions

• Test, deploy, and document processes

• Collaborate with HR and technical teams

• Provide post-go-live support and training materials
Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on Oracle HCM Cloud experience

• Robust experience with Absence and Benefits modules

• Knowledge of HCM business processes and HR operations

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Experience with Oracle HCM reporting and integrations is a plus
